Get ready to put on some ice skates and don your winter woollies - Winterfest is coming back to Camden.
The popular winter-themed event will be held at a new location this year.
The 'cool' festival will return with an ice-skating rink, ferris wheel, kids' activities and much more at Onslow Oval from Friday, July 2 to Sunday, July 4.
Camden mayor Theresa Fedeli said the event was set to be better than ever with a fantastic line up of entertainment and activities planned.
"It is magical to be able to be out and about after such an indifferent 2020, and Winterfest will be the perfect way to enjoy a wintery wonderland in the heart of historic Camden," Cr Fedeli said.
"Council is putting together a weekend chock-full of fun for our residents and visitors including an ice-skating rink, ice slide, ferris wheel, snow globe photo booth, roving winter characters, live-street performers and much more.
"Winterfest is truly for the entire community and will have two inclusive skating sessions per day for people with disabilities and sensory needs."
Cr Fedeli encouraged locals to mark the event in their calendars.
"While our inaugural event in 2019 saw thousands of people attend over three days at Larkin Place in Camden, we are excited to be in our new home at Onslow Oval this time around and cannot wait to see you all out there," she said.
"It is also important to remind those planning to attend to follow all NSW Health guidelines and stay home if you feel unwell."
