Steam cooking retains food's nutritional value, quality and flavour. V-ZUG's BakeOmatic feature ensures that there is no need to enter the cooking time, temperature, function or weight manually, the unique sensor technology automatically sets the appliance on your behalf, as well as letting you know exactly when the dish is ready to serve.

Smeg's blast chiller is a first for domestic appliances, and can facilitate simple and straightforward preparation of dessert type foods such as sorbets.

It can freeze a freshly cooked, whole lasagna safely, preserving the taste and quality of the meal, keep it cold, and also defrost and heat it ready to eat on a timer.

The blast chiller can also cool a case of champagne, wine, beer, etc. in a little over 30 minutes.
