Murray Bridge's rising star Annie O'Neil has been re-signed with the Strikers after a strong performance last season.
O'Neil, a right-hand batter and leg-spin bowler, made three appearances last season in the WBBL and will look toward solidifying her position within the team.
Adelaide Strikers Head Coach Luke Williams was full of praise for O'Neil after the re-signing.
"It's great to have Annie re-signed with the Strikers after she had a taste of the WBBL with her debut last season, and she also played in last year's Grand Final," Williams said.
"She's a talented middle-order batter and her energy in the field and around the group will be pivotal for us in this year's tournament."
O'Neil resigned with the Strikers alongside Alex Price, Tegan McPharlin, Ellie Falconer, announced on September 4.
"It's great that we've been able to again secure Alex, Tegan, Ellie and Annie who are also part of SA's Scorpions squad and have each had a solid pre-season to date," Coach Williams said.
"We've got a great mix of local and marquee talent and we're excited with how the squad is shaping up."
