Macarthur FC will head into its inaugural A-League season with Gino Marra at the helm as the club's chair.
Marra replaces Rabieh Krayem, who has stepped down from his current executive chairman role.
Marra was one of the driving forces behind the creation of the Macarthur FC Bulls team, leading the south-west side of the bid which eventually merged with Campbelltown Council's Macarthur bid to form the eventual club.
The new chair thanked Krayem for his hard work.
"I'd like to thank Rabieh for what he has achieved for our club as executive chairman and the progress he made," Marra said.
"He has put Macarthur FC in an extremely strong position, as we build towards our debut season."
Further board appointments will be announced in the coming weeks.
Krayem has been offered another position within the Macarthur FC club.
Marra's priority as chair will be on ensuring Macarthur FC has a strong community focus and is engaged with its south-western fanbase.
The club is expected to make further player announcements as the 2019/20 A-League season draws to a close.
Former Socceroo Tommy Oar was announced as the club's inaugural player signing earlier this year.
The team will be led by Matildas head coach Ante Milicic.
