Storm clouds loomed above Camden on Saturday but that didn't stop the state's top rugby teams from battling it out for a big cash prize.
Camden Rugby Park hosted the Macarthur 10s Rugby tournament on Saturday, February 22 from 9am until late afternoon.
Camden Rugby's Patrick Hutchinson said the round robin-style competition featured players from across NSW.
"It's 10 aside games so we have 10 players on the field for two 10 minute halves," he said.
"It's a really fast-pace version of the game so it's a bit more exciting than the standard 15 player format.
"There is more action because less players on the field means the ball moves around a bit more."
Despite the cloudy weather hundreds of locals ventured out to cheer on the local teams.
