Get ready for laughs: Aussie stand-up comedian Peter Helliar is bringing his show Loopy to Camden Civic Centre next month.

He graces TV screens every night and soon he'll be gracing the stage at Camden Civic Centre.

Comedian, writer, actor and The Project co-host Peter Helliar will bring his stand-up show Loopy to Camden next month.

Tickets to the show on Saturday, February 29 are selling fast, so comedy fans are advised to book as soon as possible to ensure they don't miss out.

The show promises to be about the absurdity of everyday life and feature Helliar's trademark quick wit and self-deprecating style.

The Camden show will be Helliar's final performance of Loopy before he hits the festival circuit, taking his laughs to Adelaide Fringe Festival, Brisbane Comedy Festival and Melbourne Comedy Festival.

Camden Civic Centre has become a hub for respected comedic talent, welcoming Anh Do (who is back again in March), Effy, Arj Barker and soon to host Judith Lucy and Lawrence Mooney.
