Campbelltown MP Greg Warren is asking the community to dig deep and think of others as we had into the 2019 holiday season.
Mr Warren has just kicked off his annual Christmas Toy Drive and is calling on locals to donate gifts to his office.
The MP has run the drive for the past few years and continues to be blown away by the strong support from his constituents.
"I have been running my annual Christmas Toy Drive for the past few years and I know it has made a massive difference for many children throughout our community," Mr Warren said.
"This small gesture really does make an enormous difference for many kids in our community."
Last year's collection of toys were passed on to the Macarthur Gateway Resource Service, which in turn sent them along to Waranwarin Early Learning Centre in Minto.
From there, the toys were delivered to children throughout the community who otherwise would have gone without gifts at Christmas.
"For the majority of Campbeltown residents, Christmas is a time of giving and celebration," Mr Warren said.
"But for far too many people, Christmas is anything but a joyous occasion.
"A range of factors mean many children do not wake up on Christmas morning with a present to unwrap."
Presents - ideally wrapped - can be donated to Mr Warren's electoral office at 3/72 Queen Street, Campbelltown until Monday, December 9.
