Locals with a sweet tooth can eat delicious sweet pink buns every day until May 29 totally guilt-free.

That's because every bun sold at Baker's Delight raises vital funds for Breast Cancer Australia Network.

The chain launched its annual month-long Pink Bun fundraiser on May 2 with franchisees across the region all donating the cost of ingredients and their time to bake the goods to ensure 100 per cent of sales goes directly to the cause.

And loyal customers of the Macarthur-based stores are buying up big.

Narellan baker and franchisee Donna Luces is baking up to 240 buns each night.

"I'm selling out every day," she said. "People are happy to support a good cause."

BCNA and Baker's Delight have been "breast" friends for 19 years.

This year, posters of breast cancer survivors with their t-shirts off have been put up in Baker's Delight stores.

While the posters in-store celebrate survival they also show the sometimes-confronting reality of the disease - a disease that more than 19,000 women and men will be diagnosed with this year.
