Australia's richest harness race is just around the corner - and it's being held right here in Macarthur.
The Million Dollar Ainsworth Miracle Mile festival will be held tomorrow, March 2 at Club Menangle.
Thousands of punters are expected to flock to this year's event.
For the first time, this year's Miracle Mile on-track winning prize has reached $1 million to make it the richest harness race in Australia and New Zealand.
Several Miracle Mile qualifying events have been held in the lead-up to this weekend's festival.
The Miracle Mile Barrier draw was finalised last Saturday night, with the Emma Stewart-trained Poster Boy drawing the favoured the number one barrier.
However, there will be plenty of action away from the track to keep punters entertained.
The Lexus of Macarthur Fashions on the Field will be held, with $1500 travel vouchers up for grabs for the best dressed male and female.
There will also be live music, food stalls and other races on tomorrow night.
Club Menangle will run a $20,000 cash prize competition for a lucky winner who comes through the gates.
The club's chief executive Bruce Christison said each person would receive an entry form on the night.
"The Miracle Mile is our biggest event of the year," he said.
"The event has been going for 52 years and has been at Club Menangle since 2009."
