Canterbury Bulldogs fullback Moses Mbye will be wear the blue and white jersey for the last time on Saturday.
The Queenslander recently signed a four-year deal with the Wests Tigers, due to begin next season.
However, after weeks of speculation, he has officially been granted an early release.
The 24-year-old is expected his play his last game for the Bulldogs on Saturday.
Wests Tigers coach Ivan Cleary said he was looking forward to having Mbye on the roster for the rest of the 2018 season.
“Moses is an impressive young man and we’re really happy that he’s able to join us at this stage of the season,” he said.
“We look forward to having him join the club in the coming days and get into training with his new teammates.”
Wests Tigers chief executive Justin Pascoe was also buoyed after Mbye secured an early release.
“I’d like to commend Moses for the way that he’s handled himself during this process,” he said.
“It’s great that he’s able to come across to Wests Tigers now as he’ll be a part of our club for many years to come.”
