Is there anything kids love more than an Easter egg hunt?
Youngsters will be in their element this month, when the Friends of Campbelltown Arts Centre host their annual egg hunt and workshop fundraiser.
The event, held on Saturday, March 24, gives children a chance to create their own craft basket and collect chocolate eggs ahead of Easter.
Friends treasurer Joan Long said the group routinely saw up to 100 kids each year.
“They all love it and we all love giving them a good time,” he said.
“The parents all have fun helping the kids with the glitter and glue as well.”
Ms Long said the event was one of the major fundraisers for the Friends, which helps out the Arts Centre when funding runs short.
The Easter egg hunt costs $10 per child and starts at 1pm.
Parents are advised to call the Arts Centre on 4645 4100 and book their child’s place to ensure there are enough eggs to go around.
