More than 700 land lots are up for grabs with the launch of the third stage of Bardia’s New Breeze master-planned community.
The release – called Parkside – will be surrounded by three expansive parks and playground facilities spanning more than six hectares.
Lot sizes range from 200sqm to almost 650sqm and are available from $299,000-$628,000.
New Breeze sales manager Jesse Johnson said the community was already showing excitement about the new land options.
“Hundreds of people have already registered their interest in stage three,” he said.
“Purchasers of all ages and demographic profiles are expected to buy, including first-home buyers, downsizers, up-sizers and investors.
A wide range of land lots are available to suit all budgets.
“Current purchasers have been our greatest selling tool – they have told family and friends about New Breeze, who in turn have also bought.”
Mr Johnson said New Breeze was the fastest-selling project in the south-west and he expected Parkside to be just as successful.
“There is nothing else like New Breeze in the south-west,” he said.
“It is located in the epicentre of the region’s expansion activities – hundreds of new jobs are being created, major infrastructure is currently under way and hundreds of new home frames are going up across the south-west.”
New Breeze will comprise 1280 new homes with a range of housing types. The development will include large high-quality parks and playgrounds, a sports oval, bike and cycle paths and 40 hectares of open spaces for recreational activities.
