The last slice of empty land in Narellan Vale will go under the hammer on Wednesday, October 18.
The property, located at 93a Holsdworth Drive, Narellan Vale is just over four acres and zoned R2 low density residential with minimum lot sizes of 450 metres squared.
Belle Property principal and real estate agent Troy Holmes said this was a rare opportunity in one of Camden’s older suburbs.
“The owner has held onto this property for 62 years and has been chased by numerous developers over the past few decades,” he said.
“A lot of people think this is green space but it is actually a private residence.
“It is the last of the original acerage blocks in Narellan Vale from when the suburb was all farm lots years ago.”
Mr Holmes said while he couldn’t reveal how much the property was worth, he said the owner was likely to get millions for the prime piece of real estate.

“It’s a four acre block of land just sitting in the middle of all of the growth happening around it.
“Obviously anyone can buy it but I think a developer will pick it up.”
Mr Holmes said the property was a unique chance for any buyer.
“It would be great if it could be developed into affordable housing for first home buyers,” he said.
“We are expecting there to be a lot of interest in the property from developers as the south west of Sydney is the current growth centre.
“It’s ... perfectly located near shops and schools, we expect it to very popular.”
The unique property will go to auction on Wednesday, October 18 from 6pm at Belle Property Australasia auction room at 2A Pheonix Avenue, Lane Cove.
