Two people are dead after a parachuting accident in Sydney's south-west on Saturday afternoon.
Police confirmed they were responding to an incident on Wilton Road, Wilton which occurred just after 2pm.
It's understood the pair had taken off from a local skydive centre and were diving in tandem when they crashed in a driveway one kilometre from the designated landing site. Weather conditions at the time of the accident were partly cloudy with winds W/SW 15 to 25 km/h.
A local resident raised the alarm.
Police say the skydivers, believed to be a man aged in his 60s and a man in his 20s, were found deceased at the scene. Sydney Skydivers, the only skydiving centre in the vicinity, said they were unable to comment at this time.
A crime scene has been established and investigations into the incident are underway.
