One man is dead and several other people have been injured in a horrific three-car crash in Sydney's south on Sunday.

Emergency services were called to a stretch of Picton Road at Wilton at approximately 2.45pm following reports of a serious crash and multiple victims.
Initial police inquiries indicate a white ute travelling west clipped the back of a westbound 4WD, which then crossed over into the eastbound lanes and collided head-on with a Jeep.
The man driving the 4WD was killed, and his female passenger sustained minor injuries, police said.
The Jeep burst into flames, sending up a heavy plume of black smoke seen kilometres away.
The woman driving the Jeep escaped the blaze but suffered serious injuries. She was treated at the scene before being air-lifted by helicopter to Liverpool Hospital.

The man driving the ute sustained minor injuries. He will be transported to hospital for blood and alcohol testing.
Crash investigators are at the scene trying to determine what caused the crash.
Picton Road has been closed in both directions between Macarthur Drive and Mount Keira Road, with diversions in place, and it expected to remain closed until at least 8pm.
The crash has caused heavy traffic conditions, and motorists should expect significant delays.
Eastbound motorists should use Macarthur Road, Wilton Road and Appin Road.
Westbound motorists should use the M1 Princes Motorway, Appin Road, Wilton Road and Macarthur Road.
The section of Picton Road between the Hume Highway and Princes Highway is notorious for fatal accidents.
The most recent fatality occurred five months ago.
The worst crash in recent years along the same stretch of road killed five members of a family in 2009 who had fled Afghanistan in search of a new life.
The 23-year-old mother tried to shelter her child as their Toyota Camry veered into the path of a water tanker.
The truck, which was travelling about 100km/h, crushed their car.
Her husband and two sisters were also killed.
