Police are appealing for the public's help to find a young woman and her three-week-old baby who went missing from Eagle Vale on Wednesday afternoon.
Jasmine Kelly, 20, was last seen in the suburb about 9.30am.
Police and local emergency services conducted an extensive search of the region, but have been unable to locate the pair.
Officers say Jasmine suffers from a medical condition which requires constant medication and supervision.
She is described as being Caucasian in appearance with a very thin build and about 165 cm tall.
She has black hair and pale regrowth, and a tattoo of the inscription ‘love’ on her inner left arm.
She was last seen wearing grey trackpants and yellow top.
Jasmine's daughter has very black hair and weighs about 2.5kg.
