Police are continuing their investigation into a house fire in Tahmoor which has uncovered an elaborate hydroponic setup.
About 10pm yesterday (Wednesday 15 August 2012), emergency services responded to reports of a fire at a residence on York Street, Tahmoor.
After the fire was extinguished, officers attached to Camden Local Area Command discovered significantly damaged hydroponic equipment and plants believed to be cannabis in a rear room of the house.
A crime scene was established and examinations are continuing.
No one was at home at the time of the fire.
The property’s owner is currently assisting police with their inquiries.
