SINCE Tim Moltzen was switched to half-back by coach Tim Sheens the Wests Tigers haven't lost a game.
And since new chief executive officer Stephen Humphreys began in the job one month ago the Tigers have made it four straight wins.
Moltzen is a good link in the halves working well with Benji Marshall back at five-eighth.
The thrilling 19-18 win over Manly on Monday at Sydney Football Stadium elevates the Tigers, the ``cardiac kids'' of the NRL, to ninth on 22 points, two points outside the top eight, with five rounds remaining.
The Tigers raced to an 18-0 lead at half-time through tries to Marshall, Beau Ryan and Taniela Tuiaki.
Leading 18-6 in the 62nd minute, hooker and skipper Robbie Farah kicked a field goal which proved the difference at full-time.
The finals hopes are alive but coach Tim Sheens said after the match it's a tough road ahead.
``There are still sides well in front of us, we just can't afford to slip up, they can,'' Sheens said.
``The closer you get to it more pressure builds on us.
``That's been the problem ever year, we haven't handled the pressure of the last month of the season.''
Big prop Keith Galloway (knee) and Chris Heighington (groin tear) were late inclusions from the interchange bench.
The Tigers tackle Sydney Roosters on Sunday at Sydney Football Stadium, 2pm.
