Roos into girl power

12 Aug, 2009 01:20 PM
THE South Campbelltown Kangaroos under-14 team contains girl power this season but the females could be part of something much bigger next year.

The club wants to form a female Macarthur representative Australian football team.

If established, the team will be open to girls aged 13 to 17.

The club's president, Stan Geary, hopes to enter the team in an Australian football league based in the Illawarra for females next year.

Details: 0413819084.
