Fourth grade are well placed after dismissing Randwick Petersham for 198 with Reece White (3-36) and Murray Yabsley (3-48) the leading bowlers.
Ghosts will resume at 1-29.
Fifth grade secured a first innings lead after dismissing the home side for just 66 runs.
Geoff Golding (4-18) and Jamie Malskaitis (4-29) were the top bowlers.

In Poidevin Gray the Ghosts won their final match beating UNSW 8-171 to 170.
Ghosts first grade women (62) were beaten by Sydney (5-63).
