MACARTHUR Community Options have an open day on Friday, March12.

The group provides case-management services to Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly people who are aged or frail, living with disabilities or who are carers.

It reviews clients' access to a range of services such as personal care, Meals on Wheels, transport, respite, family and domestic assistance, advocacy, and legal, financial and therapy services.

Everyone is invited to meet caseworkers and the rest of the team. A highlight will be a talk by guest speaker Ruby Langford, an indigenous Australian and award-winning author.

Mayor Aaron Rule urged people to attend: ``Providing a confidential, professional relationship between client and case manager, Macarthur Community Options assists people in accessing the services needed to help them live more independent and fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own home.''

Referrals to Macarthur Community Options can be made by an individual, doctor or community nurse, relative or friend or other service-provider.

The centre is at 16Warby Street, Campbelltown, and the open day will run from 10am to 2pm. Light refreshments served.
