REQUESTS for Rhiannon Villareal, 19, to judge dance competitions have been pouring in since her stint on So You Think You Can Dance?.
Rhiannon will judge eight couples doing the modern jive at the People's Choice final of the Ceroc Championships this weekend.
She has already judged other competitions this year including the Australian Dance Challenge, Rumble Hip Hop and Dancekool Hip Hop.
She said it is hard to examine others when she was usually the one being judged.
``You pay more attention to the stuff judges have said [to you],'' she said.
``You look at technique, unison all the stuff that you don't think about when you're performing.''
Rhiannon is excited about judging Ceroc.
``I love all styles of dance and Ceroc is a fun partner dance,'' she said. ``It's a great opportunity to be judging rather than competing. I know how those competitors will be feeling but I won't let that influence me.''
Rhiannon teaches dance at Brent Street Studios, and the Sydney Dance Company and is focussed on her singing.
``I'm trying to concentrate on songwriting,'' she said.
``I'm always doing gigs and performing but haven't recorded as such because it takes time.''
As for the judging job offers, she said: ``I don't want it to end.''
