THE Campbelltown Arts Centre will open a month of comedy with Axis of Awesome, a musical group, at 8pm this Friday.

Jordan Raskopoulos, Lee Naimo and Benny Davis have performed to sold- out houses at the Melbourne and Sydney comedy festivals, the Adelaide Cabaret Festival and this year's Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

They formed Axis of Awesome three years ago.

``We're going to be doing a rock'n'roll comedy show in Campbelltown,'' Raskopoulos said.

``There'll be hilarious songs, witty banter and the world's very first song in 3D.

``It's a list of quirky observational songs, songs about relationships and songs about stupid things.''

Other performances include Julia Morris, Tripod and Josh Thomas.

The first five people to call Campbelltown Arts Centre on 46454100 will get a double pass each to see Axis of Awesome.

Tickets to each comedy @ctown show are $30.

Details, bookings: 46454100.
